Meet AirNest Core

AirNest Core is the support layer inside every Fluffy Select bed: an open, three-dimensional structure made from polyolefin elastomer. Its spring-like design distributes weight across the surface, allows airflow, rinses clean, and is designed to recover after repeated compression.

Tested to 10,000 compressions.

Unlike foam, AirNest Core recovers its full shape after each compression. Foam supports by squashing, and every squash wears it out a little — within months, the spot where your dog sleeps is thinner than the rest of the bed. AirNest Core pushes back instead and returns to shape after thousands of compression cycles.
