Rest Easy for 30 Nights

Choosing the right bed can take time. That’s why every eligible AirNest Support Dog Bed comes with our 30-Night Rest Easy Trial.

Let your dog sleep, stretch, and settle in at home. If the bed isn’t the right fit—for any reason—contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll help you arrange a free return or exchange.

Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label. Once the bed is received and inspected, we’ll refund the full amount paid for the returned item to your original payment method.

30-Night Trial for AirNest Support Dog Beds

Gentle, everyday use during the trial is welcome. To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The bed must have been purchased directly from fluffyselect.com.
• Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• The bed must include all original components.
• The bed must be clean and free from stains, strong odors, pet waste, excessive hair, chewing, tears, pest infestation, or other damage.
• You must receive return authorization before sending the product back.
• The bed must be securely packaged for return. The original box is not required.

The 30-Night Rest Easy Trial is limited to one trial return or exchange per household.

Returns for Other Products

Pillows, blankets, additional covers, and other eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from hair, stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with the original tags and packaging, where applicable

Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Your replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.

If the replacement costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

One free exchange is permitted per eligible order. For AirNest Support Dog Beds, an exchange does not restart or extend the original 30-night trial period.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or exchange.
• We may ask for photos showing the product’s current condition.
• Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.
• Securely package the product and send it back using the provided label.

Please do not return any product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Free Return Shipping

We provide one prepaid standard return shipping label for each approved return or exchange within the contiguous United States.

Original shipping charges, expedited delivery fees, international shipping fees, and packaging costs are non-refundable. Returns sent without our prepaid label will not be reimbursed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your refund will include the amount paid for the eligible returned product and applicable sales tax. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fluffyselect.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. These cases are handled separately and do not count toward your 30-Night Rest Easy Trial.

Purchases from Other Retailers

Products purchased through another retailer or marketplace must be returned through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Fair Use

Our return policy is designed to give every dog a genuine opportunity to experience better rest. Fluffy Select reserves the right to refuse returns involving misuse, repeated or excessive return activity, suspected fraud, or products that do not meet the eligibility requirements above.
